Iliuzinė meilė: kai kenčiama žeminančiuose santykiuose


Žodis meilė žmonių sąmonėje per daug idealizuojamas, jo reikšmė per daug neapibrėžta ir per daug priimta kentėti dėl kažko, kas vadinama meile. Toks neapibrėžtumas apsunkina galimybę pamatyti realesnį savo santykių vaizdą. Ne vienam, ypač pratusiems būti engiamais, yra natūralu, jog myli, tačiau skriaudžia.
Teko girdėti ne vieną istoriją, kurioje žeminamas elgesys pateisinamas meile. Dažnai gauname klausimų, kurie skamba maždaug taip “jis/ji mane nuolat skaudina, bet žinau, kad myli”. Nesvarbu kaip partneris elgiasi, svarbiausia, kad pasako jog myli. O būna, kad net ir nesako – engiamas žmogus pats susikuria idėją apie tai, kad yra mylimas.
Dažnai net nesigilinama į tai, ką žmogui reiškia meilė. Pačios idėjos užtenka tam, kad dėl jos būtų galima kentėti žeminantį elgesį. Kas slepiasi po tokio elgesio toleravimu pridengiant jį meile?
Pirma – įsitikinimas, kad geresnio varianto vistiek nepavyks rasti. Esu su kažkuo, santykiai jau nusistovėjo, kam kelti bangas ir ką nors keisti. Kitaip tariant, geriau žvirblis rankoje, net jei nuo jo aštraus snapelio delnuose vienos žaizdos.
Antra – kas dar mane tokią/tokį ims? Jei su manim bjauriai elgiasi, matyt aš to verta (-as) ir visa laimė, kad bent vienas žmogus dar nori kartu būti ir gyventi. Moterims tai gali būti ypač stiprus nuodas – kuo ilgiau moteris leidžiasi žeminama, tuo labiau patiki, kad kitaip jos atžvilgiu ir negali būti. Sekantis žingsnis dar skaudesnis – moteris pradeda žeminti ir bjauriai elgtis pati su savimi sąmoningai nesuvokdama, ką daro.
Trečia – taip buvo žmogaus šeimoje ir kitokio santykių modelio jis/ji neįsivaizduoja.
Ketvirta – gailestis (pvz.: kaip galiu taip imti ir palikti žmogų, kuris mane myli? Ką jis be manes darys? Juk tiek metų kartu.), kaltė (pvz.: negalėsiu sau atleisti, jei paliksiu jį/ją ), baimė (pvz.: viena/vienas neišgyvensiu), visuomenės normos (pvz.: mudu susituokę, ką žmonės pasakys?), perdėtas prisirišimas ir tt.
Žmogus instinktyviai linkęs trauktis iš ten, kur yra blogai, tačiau krūva fantazijų, kurių viršūnėje puikuojasi meilė, sulaiko žmogų ten, iš kur jis senai būtų pabėgęs. Grubaus, žeminančio elgesio toleravimas, taikstymasis su juo, gimdo disfunkcines šeimas kuriose auga vaikai tęsiantys tą patį disfunkcinį santykių modelį.
Meilės idėja graži ir romantiška, bet realybėje ji tampa priedanga po kuria gali slėptis netgi grubus smurtas (tiek fizinis tiek psichologinis). Ji taip pat užtušuoja pačio žmogaus nenorą imtis vieksmų – aš gi jį/ją myliu.
Ar kada nors susimąstėte, kas jums yra meilė? Kaip ji atrodo? Kuo ji pasireiškia? Kas jūsų suvokimu slypi po šiuo žodžiu jei kalbama apie poros santykius? Visi žmonės santykiuose trokšta meilės ir neįsivardinę sau garsiai, ką jiems tai reiškia, pasitenkina bet kuo, ką gauna, pavadindami tai meile. Kai kam įsivardinimas gali parodyti skaudžią tiesą – jūsų partneris niekada jūsų nemylėjo, o gal ir jūs niekada nemylėjote jo, bet idėja buvo per daug skani ir per daug trokštama tad apvilkote ja tokius santykius, kokius turėjote ir pasilikote fantazuoti apie kažką, kas vadinama meile.
Pamatyti tiesą ir ją pripažinti dažniausiai yra labai sunku ir skausminga. Tai viena pagrindinių priežąsčių, kodėl daugelis mieliau gyvena iliuzijose. Tačiau ką daryti, jei kaip ant delno matosi, jog meilės (pagarbos, rūpesčio, partnerystės, malonumo būti kartu) senai nėra ar niekada nebuvo? Vienintelis pasirinkimas suvokus, kad esate žlugdančiuose santykiuose – juos palikti. Nuolatinis psichologinis traumavimas veda į labai nelaimingą gyvenimą ir mažina galimybę sutikti ką nors, su kuo bus galima sukurti sveiką porą ir šeimą. Net likti vienai/(-am) yra psichologiškai sveikesnis pasirinkimas, nei gyventi su kuo nors, kas nuolat pasistengia įrodyti, kad su jumis galima elgtis kaip nori, o jūs esate bejėgė/-is ką nors pakeisti.

Aš jaučiuosi mylima/(-as) kai mane ignoruoja, kaltina nebūtais dalykais, žemina žodžiais.
Aš jaučiuosi mylima/(-as) kai keliom dienom dingsta kaip į vandenį ir nepasako kur buvo ir ką veikė.
Aš jaučiuosi mylima/(-as), tačiau senai girdėjau gerą žodį, palaikymą, komplimentą….
