Altruizmas[pranc. altruisme < lot. alter – kitas], nesavanaudiškas rūpinimasis kitų gerove ir pasiryžimas dėl kitų paaukoti savo interesus.  Visuomenėje jis yra laikomas vertybe ir gerbtinu žmogaus būdo bruožu. Šia savybe dažnai pasižymi pvz. dalyvaujantys savanoriškoje veikloje,  darbui bei pašaukimui atsidavę gydytojai, mokytojai, kunigai savo laiką ir žinias atiduodantys iš širdies, o ne už atlygį. Altruizmas – savybė, rodanti visapusišką žmogaus brandą.  Kita vertus altruizmas, apie kurį kalbėsime šiame straipsnyje, gali būti vienas sunkiausiai pastebimų būdų manipuliuoti aplinkiniais.

Vieni populiariausių altruizmo panaudojimo būdų – sulaukti kitų meilės ir pripažinimo bei visų pirma duodant, paskui turėti priežastį išsiprašyti kažko sau.  Nuoširdus, nesavanaudiškas altruizmas pasitaiko ne taip jau ir dažnai, o štai kiti jo panaudojimo būdai paplitę pakankamai plačiai. Altruisto kaukė gali būti taip gerai suaugusi su žmogaus veidu, kad šis nei pats nesuvokia, ką daro. Šį kartą pakalbėsim apie moterišką altruizmą, kadangi jos dažniau nesąmoningai taiko jo siūlomus manipuliacinius metodus galiausiai pakenkdamos ir sau ir santykiams.

Kiekviena moteris, linkusi perdėtai rūpintis aplinkiniais, jei būtų nuoširdi pati sau, atsakytų kodėl taip daro – todėl, kad iš jų tikisi vėliau sulaukti tokio pačio rūpesčio sau arba todėl, kad bijo prarasti jų meilę ir draugystę. Baimė ir noras kažką gauti sau yra tikrieji veiksniai, skatinantys moterį rūpintis visais aplinkui išskyrus save.Toks įprotis yra taip giliai įsišaknijęs sąmonėje, kad kai kurios moterys nenorės nieko girdėti apie šias priežastis – viso to pamatymas ir pripažinimas per daug sukrėstų visą jų pasaulėžiūrą. Kitoms tai gali būti žingsnis laimingesnio tiek šeimyninio tiek asmeninio gyvenimo link.

Tipiškas moteriškas altruizmas – savęs atidavimas kitų labui – anksčiau ar vėliau pagimdo ir augina neapykantą tiems patiems žmonėms, kuriais rūpinosi. Laukdama, kol kažką gaus mainais ir dažniausiai nesulaukdama, ji po truputį ima jų nemėgti arba pradeda reikalauti bei kelti konfliktus. Žmonės, kuriems ji atidavė save, tampa tais, kurie kažką jai privalo. Kodėl tada ji visa tai darė jei nieko negauna mainais? Vienas sunkiausių klausimų tokioms moteris būna – o kas jūsų prašė tai daryti? Kas sakė, kad privalote išklausyti draugių, šokinėti apie vyrą, padėti giminaičiams užuot pasakiusi, kad šiuo metu nenorite to daryti? Tai pasakė jūsų baimė, kad kai jums prireiks pagalbos, nebus kas padeda, baimė, kad niekas jūsų nemylės ir nepasirūpins. Dabar ir jis turi neprašytas nusivežti jus į kelionę, nupirkti bilietą į koncertą ar tiesiog pabūti kartu ir išklausyti. Jis greičiausiai to nedaro nes net nenutuokia, kad jūs norite, o jūs po truputį kaupiate nepasitenkinimą kol jo susikaupia tiek, kad net gavusi, ko norite, nebegalite priimti ir būti dėkinga. Išpildytas jūsų noras iškelia visą nuoskaudą sukauptą iš tų kartų, kai norai nebuvo išpildyti.

Moters prigimtis yra duoti ir tai jai teikia malonumą . Dėl šios priežasties dalis moterų pagalbą kitiems pradeda naudoti kaip narkotiką pasimėgavimui išsunkdamos iš savęs paskutinį energijos lašą. Tuo metu moters laimė, kaip kontraversiškai beskambėtų, slypi jos norų išsipildyme, t.y. gavime. Net ir duodama labiau už viską moteris nori gauti tai, ko nori ir pyksta jei negauna. Mieliau apkabinate grįžusį vyrą, pati paskambinate problemose paskendusiai draugei paklausti kaip ji laikosi, draugiškiau bendraujate su kaimynais ir kitais sutiktais žmonėmis. Savo laime darote laimingesnius visus aplinkui. Tuo tarpu jūsų perdėtas altruizmas taip įvaro jus pačias į kampą, kad visų aplinkinių pradeda nekęsti, išdavinėjate save nuolat patarnaudama ir nieko neimdama pati arba pasilikdama tik trupinius bei skandinate santykius su vyru kaupdama nuoskaudas ir galų gale pradėdama reikalauti to, ką jūsų nuomone užsitarnavote už visus dvidešimt bendro gyvenimo metų.

Moteriškas altruizmas iš tikro yra egoizmas sumišęs su baime ir meilės jame nėra, nors įvaizdis susidaro toks, kad jūs tiesiog geroji samarietė. Išlipti iš tokios programos nėra lengva ir gali tekti įdėti daug pastangų bei laiko, kad bent truputį atsipalaiduotumėte ir išmoktumėte prašyti, paimti ir padėkoti už tai, ką gavote be kaltės ir skolos jausmo. Pradėkite mokytis prašyti, išsakyti savo vyrui ir artimiems žmonėms, ko jūs norite. Gavusios mokykitės reikšti paprastą nuoširdų dėkingumą paprastu žodeliu – ačiū. Galite pridėti „ačiū, tu man labai padėjai; ačiū, su tavo pagalba buvo daug paprasčiau“ ar ką nors panašaus ir viskas, to užtenka. Jokios skolos ar kaltės jausmo, jokio bandymo atsilyginti už paslaugą per kraują, paminant savo norus, aukojant laiką, kurį norite praleisti visai kitaip, darant paslaugas, kurių žmogus apskritai neprašė ir tt. Pradėkite mokytis pasakyti paprastą, ramų, mandagų „ne“ kai esate pavargusios ar tiesiog nenorite daryti to, ko kas nors prašo. Nebūtina prisigalvoti tonas paaiškinimų ar pateikti lapelį iš gydytojo, kad jūs šiuo metu mirtininko būklės. Jūsų gyvenimas priklauso tik jums ir paprastą „ne“ daugeliui jūsų „globojamų“ žmonių bus labai sveika išgirsti. Pamirškite pagalbą ir paslaugas kitiems, tame tarpe ir savo vyrui, tam, kad ką nors gautumėte. Gaunama paprašius, o ne davus tol, kol nebeturėsite nei ką duoti nei kaip priimti. Moteriškas altruizmas yra leidimas kitiems daryti paslaugas jai. Pripažinkite, tai gali būti labai nejauku, net nemalonu nors jūs ir norite to, ką duoda aplinkiniai.
