Pastebėkite, kad nereikia net vyro „nusikaltimų“, užtenka, kad turėjote sunkią dieną ir vien dėl to vyras gauna iš jūsų savo sunkių emocijų dozę. Kai į visa tai susideda ir sukauptos nuoskaudos konkrečiai jo adresu, smūgis gali būti mirtinas ar sukelti audringą bei santykius žalojantį konfliktą.

Antra taisyklė – nepasitenkinimą reikškite tada, kai atslūgo bent jau didžiausia emocijų banga ir esate daugiau mažiau ramios būsenos. Kalbėti tada, kai esate veikiama emocijų yra tas pats, kas gesinti ugnį žibalu. Kad ir kaip norisi panaudoti vyrą kaip žaibolaidį nuleisti savo emociniam krūviui, auka už tai yra laimingi santykiai ir meilė vienas kitam. Pasitraukite į šalį, apsiraminkite ir tada eikite prie vyro bei pasakykite dėl ko bei kaip jautėtės, kas jus užgavo ir kaip norėtumėte, kad jis pasielgtų, kad jūsų meilė jam atsistatytų. Šita dalį kiekvienai porai teks išsidiskutuoti ir išsiaiškinti pačiai ir kartais tenka nueiti ilgą kelią, kol abi pusės supranta kam, ko bei kaip reikia, kas dėl ko ir kaip jaučiasi bei priima tą faktą, kad abu yra skirtingi pasauliai ir dalyje vietų turės elgtis ne pagal savo prigimtį ir išmokimą, o taip, kaip to reikia partneriui.

Trečia taisyklė – kuo aiškiau, konkrečiau ir paprasčiau, tuo geriau. Jei visų pirma jums reikia iškalbėti litaniją žodžių tam, kad suprastumėte kas iš tikro vyro elgesį jus įskaudino – sutarkite, kad vyras pabus kantrus bei pirmų dviejų minučių jūsų kalbos nesistengs suvokti savo loginiu mąstymu ir nepriims asmeniškai. Kai tik sudeliosite mintis ir/ar išsikalbėsite, paaiškinkite jam suprantamais žodžiais, kas nutiko ir kaip dėl to jaučiatės. Vyrui suprantami žodžiai: ką jis konkrečiai pasakė ar padarė, kada jis konkrečiai tai pasakė ar padarė, kaip konkrečiai jūs dėl to jaučiatės ir ko tiksliai iš jo norite. Venkite grubių kaltinimų, priekaištų, žodžių tu visada, tu niekada. Galutiniam etape jums svarbiausia sulauti atsiprašymo ar skriaudos atpirkimo, o jam – suprasti, ką padarė ne taip ir kaip daugiau to nekartoti.

Ketvirta taisyklė – pabandykite į nuoskaudos išsakymą įpinti ir vieną kitą dėkingumą ar komplimentą. Pykstate, kad jis ko nors nepadarė, nors prašėte n kartų? Išsakydama tai, užsiminkite ir apie tai, ką jis jau yra padaręs ir kuo esate patenkinta.Taip net konflikte liksite geranoriška jam, vyras nejaus tokio didelio pavojaus ir noro gintis ar užsidaryti, ignoruoti jus bei matys, kad jis ir jo darbai yra įvertinami nepaisant to, kad šiuo metu jūs pykstate. Atsargiai – nenaudokite komplimento kaip priekaišto: „tada tu sugebėjai iš pirmo karto padaryti, o dabar…“

Penkta taisyklė. Tuo metu, kai nėra dėl ko priekaištauti – dėkokite. Tebūnie tai bus naujas įprotis jūsų santykiuose su vyru – dėkoti jam už tai, už ką esate dėkinga bei pagirti jį ten, kur juo žavitės bei didžiuojatės. Vyras, kuris jaučiasi mylimas, gerbiamas bei reikalingas bus daug labiau suinteresuotas išgirsti jūsų nepasitenkinimus ir kažką keisti savo elgesyje.
