Kaip mylėti žmogų tačiau netoleruoti jo skaudinančių veiksmų bei žodžių?

Išmokę nemaišyti žmogaus nuomonės, požiūrio, gyvenimo būdo su juo, kaip esybe, kaip tiesiog žmogumi, daug lengviau užmegsime ir palaikysime santykius. Nemaišydami savęs su savo poelgiais būsime atlaidesni sau, ramesni, mažiau smerkiantys tiek save tiek aplinkinius. Konfliktinės situacijos poroje taps lengviau sprendžiamos kai abu išmoks kalbėti apie vienas kito poelgius nepasmerkdami vienas kito. Taip lengviau atleisime įskaudinusiems žmonės ir kartu susigrąžinsime teisę netoleruoti skaudinimo bei pasitraukti nuo jų nesiliaunant jų gerbti ir mylėti.
